Abstract
The role of employees who have special abilities of digital marketing skill in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic is needed to maintain the continuity of the company. Changes in marketing strategy in the company allow employees to feel job insecurity which can lead to turnover intention. The research method uses direct employee interviews and Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from fifteen journals consisting of the characteristics of Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention and three journals related to digital marketing with article data sources carried out through the National Library of Indonesia's resources database, Research Gate, Google scholar (2010-2020), eBook to retrieve relevant articles published in English and Indonesian with key terms and phrases related to Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention, Digital Marketing in related subject searches. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of job insecurity and employee turnover intention in the digital marketing era. The conclusion of this research is that Job Insecurity in a company affects the Turnover Intention in the company. The new work system with the adjustment of marketing strategies through digital marketing can be one of cause inconvenience at work.
